Two Prenatal Home Visits: discuss my role as your doula, provide birth education, comfort measures (tools and hands on techniques), signposts of labor, best support practices for each stage of labor. 

Birth Plan Consulting: templates, discuss all of your options and birthing preferences.

Private Prenatal Yoga session: practice postures, breathwork, practice for various stages of labor, meditation, and conscious relaxation. 

Continuous support from the beginning of labor until one hour after the baby is born: labor support begins whenever you feel ready for me to join you. After your baby is born, I will be able to give breastfeeding support and anything you or your family may need (first meal, pictures, etc.) 

Postpartum Visit: to reflect on your birth, answer any questions you might have, breastfeeding/bottle feeding support, comfort measures, and referrals when appropriate.

24/7 Call and Text Support: Once hired, I will be able to answer any questions you may have, give emotional support and provide evidence based research resources.

On Call 24/7 Starting at 37 Weeks: My full availability to attend and support your birth within two hours that you contact me.
